Enjoy your stay in our peaceful studio apartment. It is the perfect, private oasis within a beautiful lakeside suburban community. Our space is located above our second garage and has a separate entrance from our home. There is plenty of parking for you in the driveway, or Uber at your convenience. Our property boasts over 1.8 acres, home to an abundance of deer that linger close by. We also have two fire pits and a gas grill available for use. Stays must be a minimum of 90 days.

It also coincides with the previous owners being the founders of the SHRIMP BOAT…a well known seafood and fried chicken staple here in town. This space is uniquely nautical themed for this reason.
