The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Located in the heart of Leederville and close to the CBD this cozy studio apartment is the perfect getaway. With the buzz of Leederville's many bars, clubs, eateries, and entertainment only a step away, there will never be a boring moment! Comfortable queen size bed & spacious wardrobe. Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops

It is completely private with your own car space/driveway and alfresco area. Our home is only 8 km from Perth City centre, ( 3 min walk to local direct bus), only 11km from our beautiful beaches, 14km to the world famous Swan valley and only 12km to Perth Airport.

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
