Yeppoon is a beautiful coastal town known for great cafes and many great sights around such as Great Keppel Island, Byfields National Park, Emu Park which has the famous singing ship, Crocodile farm and so much more. The unit is fully equipped for a great time away. you will absolutely love the position.

Add an extra minute walk and you are in the center of our unique town, with its shop's, cafes, art gallery, museum & RSL monument Relax on your large deck with views of the ocean, or wander across the road for a swim at the patrolled beach. Well behaved dogs are allowed & there is a large enclosed deck, but no garden. Please note we are on a hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

My spacious 110 sq metre unit is in the heart of Yeppoon, a stones throw to the beach, with easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops. The large front terrace overlooks the bustling street with partial ocean view. Park the car (note there is a 2 metre height restriction) and walk everywhere. The beautiful Yeppoon Lagoon is a 12 minute walk away along the Esplanade. Access is with lockbox, so no meet up required. From under cover parking walk straight into the unit.
