The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ivory House by the Meadows

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.

Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths. The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit.
