The house is perfect for a group of 10 people. The holiday home is located in Xaghra on Marsalforn Street. The property has two levels. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with three single beds, a main bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area and a living room, with access to the pool offering a beautiful view of Marsalforn Valley and the town of Marsalforn itself. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a balcony and a sea view. The bed arrangement is as follows: one bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and the last bedroom with two single beds. The house is situated approximately 1.3 km from the main square in Xaghra. Just 250 meters away, there is a grocery store, and the bus stop is about 50 meters further. The distance to Marsalforn Beach is 1.4 km, and to Ramla Beach, it's approximately 2 km.

It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
