Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Barn. A charming 1 bedroom rural retreat.

Characterful barn, set on a South Oxfordshire farm with beautiful views. The Barn is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance and outside seating area which is not overlooked by the main house. Only 25 minutes from central Oxford but a rare slice of rural life, with horses, cattle and chickens as your neighbours. Fabulous local walks in the Chilterns and excellent local pubs. This is adjacent to an occupied family house. It is properly rural and best suited to those with a car.

The Stables, Little Marlow

A fabulous, converted barn, located in the very desirable village of Little Marlow, Bucks. The property is set within 3/4 acre for your private use and has it's own private driveway + parking. The interior has underfloor heating, a wood burning stove, panelled walls, en-suite, and a family bathroom. Little Marlow has been in numerous Midsomer Murder TV series. The village has two pubs, a cricket ground and a church. The property is a 10 min walk to the river Thames. AONB & cons. area

Reminiscent of the cottage from ‘The Holiday’, its warm, calm, cosy interiors make it perfect for couples, friends or families looking for a relaxing break away. Cosy up by the fire, daydream whilst looking over the beautiful countryside views, linger in the cosy king size beds, or stroll up to The Bat and Ball for an amazing dinner.

A charming cottage set in over two acres of grounds in the heart of the Chilterns area of outstanding natural beauty. Logie is surrounded with mature trees, woods and lots of wildlife to discover. An ideal place to get away from it all, only a short distance from London and Oxford, with many excellent walks starting from our doorstep . The cottage has many original features, including wooden beams and open fires. You'll have all of Logie and its extensive grounds for your own use.

Luxury self-contained annexe on the edge of the Chilterns, situated in the peaceful countryside which can be enjoyed from the hot tub, yet only 5 mins to the M40, 15 mins to Oxford Park & Ride & 15 mins to the station with trains to London taking 45 mins. It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Stunning One Bedroom Annex

The annex is very cosy. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to all places in Buckinghamshire as well as to London. The location is very peaceful.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
