Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Moose & Merlin Glamping Cabin

This cabin is a palace for seasoned campers and glamping for people who are not as outdoorsy. Comfy queen bed, a mini wood stove, and a unique style made from scratch by a thrifty woman and her carpenter dad. There is electricity. The kitchen is simple: No running water but a sink and water provided. No fridge but a cooler and endless ice packs available. No wifi in the cabin itself but available a short walk away. There is cell service. An outhouse 25 seconds away. Shower available by request.

CABOT TRAIL BASE CAMP - path to more adventures

Located at Breton Cove, a tiny picturesque fishing village on the east central side of the Cabot Trail. Situated just off the Trail, nestled in the woods where you will likely smell and hear the ocean and in season, the lobster boats harvesting the day's catch. From base camp, attractions on the trail and elsewhere are easily accessed resulting in saving time and money as daily concerns with check-in and out times are eliminated. Situated on a hillside overlooking the historic St. Ann’s bay, the Old Trail cabin is conveniently located just 5.5km from the start of the Cabot trail and the Gaelic College. A great spot to start or finish your Cabot Trail adventures! The cabin is designed to feel as open and airy as possible for a small space. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a single bed. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. All amenities needed are only 15 mins away in Baddeck.

Beluga Bunkie

The Beluga Bunkie is a little piece of paradise on our private cliffside waterfront property in the heart of North Bay Ingonish. This private one-room bunkie was designed for optimal views all the time! Whether you're taking it in from the front porch or from the comfort of the bed, it's sure to take your breath away over and over again. Although there is no direct access to the water from our property, it's just a short 10min walk to where you can dip your toes at a sandy beach.

Woodsy Cabin on the Bras d'Or

Beautiful, rustic cabin sits cozily surrounded by woodlands. This one room retreat boasts a south west vista of the Bras d'Or Lake, includes a veranda with gorgeous sunsets, king size bed and access to the beach. It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.

These are Glamping cabins on 10 acre lot. They are for adventurers and cost savings . No power or water in cabins, bring your own bedding pillows and towels. Directly on Atlantic seaboard facing east , for early morning sun . Each cabin has a private deck and a picnic table . Some are 2 beds some have one bunk bed and some with sofas. Each cabin offers a peaceful quiet rest for travelers , or a community firepit for night time. Wifi in main building only
