We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Small to medium dogs are also welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.
