“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. We are in the Tri-State area, an hour west of Boston, 25 minutes South of Worcester. Nothing beats Lake living...the sunsets, the backyard to play badminton or croquet, kayaking, canoeing, the paddle boating, SWIMMING, having a camp fire or going to the city! Your cabin OF 650sq. ft. Is next to my home and steps to our beach. WiFii, one tv with ROKU.

Baker Pond Hideaway

Out in the country, on a lovely pond, we are in the woods with our own private beach. The rustic in-law apartment is on the ground floor of our house - bedroom (with small kitchenette) and bath, and a private entrance. Great for walks and canoeing and fishing and biking. We are only 65 miles from Boston, 15 minutes to Sturbridge Village.
