View Suite, Walking Distance To Edmonds

Everything sanitized/cleaned/UV air cleaner between guests and electronic air filter as well. Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Come unwind at the Retreat at August Ciderhouse on the Kitsap Peninsula. This newly renovated house with attached barn is 2 acres of rural, easy to access bliss. Enjoy some downtime in the adirondacks, have happy hour in the barn, or snuggle up for a movie night - it's all waiting for you. Make this farmstay your homebase to explore Western Washington - the ferries to Seattle and Edmonds are just a mile away, and the Olympic Peninsula and many state parks are within a 20 minute drive.

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Guest House with a view above the beach.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Seaside Suite by Mukilteo Beach

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Vern's Studio, walking distance to DT and ferry

Spacious, free standing studio near the ferry and city park. You will have everything you need to make this place your home - cooking utensils, a large TV, and large deck for enjoying the sunset. Prime location with walking distance to charming downtown Edmonds, beautiful beaches, 20 minute drive to Seattle, and a 3 minute drive to the ferry terminal to get to the Olympic Peninsula. Off-street parking available.

Couple and Family Friendly Private Phinney Cottage

Backyard cottage, fully equipped with washer/dryer, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, private bedroom, keyless entry, and sleeper couch in living room. Popular neighborhood- a ten minute walk to great restaurants, pubs, coffee, shopping, groceries, and public transportation (15 minute direct bus ride to downtown Seattle). Close to Greenlake, Ballard, Woodland Park Zoo, Fremont, and other fun areas.
