Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A single or twin bedded room in our lovely traditional detached house in the leafy suberb of Woodthorpe two miles north of Nottingham city centre. The room shares a guest kitchen with other guests and shower room with one other guest room. Charge for second guest sharing is £23 a night. Breakfast supplies are provided in the guest kitchen for you to make your own breakfast. This includes a choice of cereals, bread milk tea and coffee butter spread fruit juice and home made preserves and honey.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Relax in this calm, stylish space with views over the back garden. Very quiet location for a peaceful stay. Walking distance to Woodthorpe Park and Aldi or down the hill to vibrant Sherwood, where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. The walk back is uphill but if you don't fancy the exercise you can catch a bus. Near bus route to City Hospital and a short walk to buses into City Centre.
