You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. I offer one bedroom in my duplex home where I live with my husband. My daughter is also a co-host. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We mostly stay downstairs but the living room and kitchen and patio are shared spaces if you choose to use them and are located on the second floor as well.
