Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, supermarket and shops . 8 mins to Rangiora . Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center and airport . Great holiday house by an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or get away. Short easy walk (5 mins) to the beach, local shop, tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool everything you need is close by. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Hosts live on site so are just a phone call away when needed however the cottage is completely private and separated from the main residence. Help yourself to apples and peaches when in season as well as eggs from the free range chickens.
