This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 4 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, gas station , supermarket and coffee shops .Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center . Lots of parking . I am a car guy and love showing people my cars and business. I supply a full continental breakfast. With Molenberg toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

Sandhill Gardens Country Retreat.

Serene and peaceful country retreat with mature gardens and trees provides space for all the family to spread out , relax , play and be together. The townships of Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Woodend with shops, supermarkets , cafes are just a short drive away. Woodend Beach with extensive walking and biking tracks along the coastal reserves is nearby . Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, the bright clear night sky and native bird song. 20 minute drive from the airport and Christchurch city.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.
