This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Otters Holt: Dog friendly loft in converted barn

Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.

Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.
