200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten.
