The suite includes private use of the Queen bedroom, and the living room, sofa, big leather chair, smart TV and fireplace, and use of the attached bathroom, (except when I use it for the washer/dryer, which is a rare, so unless guests are staying for an extended period, that will likely not happen during their stay). Guest suite also has own front door access and two parking spots in front of the house

Nestled in a hollow between Parker & Coburn Hills in historic Rockingham, VT, our property is tranquil, rural and close to numerous area attractions (~30min. to skiing at Okemo & Magic; ~45min. to Bromley & Sunapee).
