A brand new self contained annex adjoined to our family home, ready for guests to stay and enjoy the Dorset countryside. Set in an idyllic village, Cranborne is known for being an area of outstanding natural beauty and for having the best unpolluted night skies for star gazing. Within walking distance we have great pubs, restaurants, garden centre with café, historic church, village shop with post office and a fantastic brewery with neighbouring bakery which offers Friday night takeaway pizzas.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

This idyllic country cottage is surrounded by peaceful woodland and fields. Once an 18th-century barn, it has been lovingly restored and what a welcoming place it is. Inside, you'll find a traditional open fireplace, wooden beams and lots of exposed brick. The cosy sitting room is the perfect place to hunker down on cooler evenings, there's ample sofa space for six and a TV to watch films. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom and bathroom.

We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

The New Forest, Studland Beach, Stonehenge & the Cities of Salisbury and Bath are all within an hour's drive.

Bay Tree Lodge is a beautiful little space set in the countryside, ideal for a peaceful getaway for two people or can accommodate up to a family of four. We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.
