The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Built in the 1940’s, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath cottage has a rustic charm, and a peaceful setting, with access to a firepit alongside waterfalls. The Hideaway Cottages are on the same road as a Par 3 Public Golf Course. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Hanover and Norwich VT 20 mins. Please note not handicapped accesible.
