Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Just one block from downtown, Glen Helen Nature Preserve, Antioch College, and the bike trail, this newly remodeled space full of natural light will be the perfect basecamp to explore our quaint village… or to simply do nothing and relax. The Yellow Springs Village Cabin is crisp and clean like a hotel, with space, character, and amenities like a well-appointed home. It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat with easy access to everything YS has to offer. Plus, a pool (~May-Oct) and year-round hot tub!

Chic Boutique is a lovely home in the heart of Dayton. Close to downtown, University of Dayton and both Miami Valley and Kettering hospitals. Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. Relax and Enjoy!

Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.

This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit.
