Located in the Kitzbuhel neighborhood of the historic Acres of Jay NY, this property is not your average camp (we know - we own the 3200 square foot Chalet across the street! Ask us about it! Pine Loft and The Main Chalet at Jay, together, The Chalet at Jay). For Wagner’s Camp, we did a play on the Kitzbuhel ski mountains of Austria. We used a Nordic/Scandi style for this house based off of our travels but staying true to our love of ADK! We are so excited to share this home away from home!

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Juniper Hill A-frame is a newly renovated 1968 Adirondack A-frame that is loaded with character and charm. This tiny 700 square foot space is cozy and located with direct views of Whiteface Mountain. Two bedrooms/one bathroom situated on a large parcel of land complete with Christmas tree farm, fire pit, and large front deck. You won’t want to leave, but if you do, the A-frame is within walking, biking or driving distance to just about everything.
