This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Park in the driveway next to my van You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door. Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline. The pool closes September 19th will re-open next Summer.

Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Three Pines Historic Log Cabin

Three Pines is a rustic log cabin located on 17 acres with a forest view. Originally constructed in the 1790s by a Revolutionary War veteran, it was relocated to the present location in 2011, where it was reimagined with added modern conveniences. The cabin is great for history buffs and those looking for some peace and quiet in a unique setting. The cabin can be rented with our other listing, The Lodge at Three Pines, which provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and hang out space.

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. Our cabin has heating, AC and electric over looking 84 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass. NOTE: Our cabins are truly a GETAWAY as we do NOT have any wi-fi or TV in them. Williamstowns Toll House Can’t get closer to Ark.

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 and have completely restored it. Built in 1915 this house served as a collection point for visitors traveling to Cynthinia KY. Our goal in renovating this house was to keep it as original as possible. The mantel, stairs, and the floors are original while everything else is in the house is new. The house is located close to Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark Encounter.
