This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

It sits directly between Lake Havasu and Parker Arizona, and is 1 mile from the Colorado River and less than a mile from Lake Havasu boat ramp. Home is fully appointed and has a washer/dryer in a separate shed. Everything you need to boat, fish, hike, bike, etc.

Take advantage of a full house in peaceful neighborhood at the bottom of the Hualapai mountains. Close to dining, shops and hiking trails. You will love it! During your stay You can text me anytime during the day. I will reply as soon as I can. Other things to note - Unauthorized guests are not allowed! - No animals of any kinds. - No smoking 🚭. - $5 each towel if there are stains cannot be washed off. - Early checkin is provided upon communication.

We are about 4 miles from the historic London Bridge and just 2 miles away from the grocery store and downtown which features plenty of restaurants, galleries, shopping and nightlife.
