Stoops House

Stoops House is family-run guest accommodation located in Coolattin, Co. Wicklow. Stoops is surrounded by 2 acres of landscaped private gardens & provides secluded woodside accommodation for large groups in a rural setting. The house can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably & is ideal for families and groups wanting a relaxing break. Mountain & valley views can be had to the rear of the property while the forest is directly at the front, keen walkers can enjoy miles of forest walks.

Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Parklodge Mews dates back to 1760. Its careful renovation incorporates the farm’s original hen house, making this a quaint and quirky getaway. This cosy cottage, located off the beaten track, includes a living area with its own wood burning stove, a kitchen and a double en-suite bedroom upstairs, with scenic views and comfortable sleeping accommodation. Our unique location provides rural seclusion whilst being within a 500m stroll of local shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport.

From here you can explore all that the Garden county has to offer - Hillwalking , Forestry walks, St Kevin's way, Glendalough, take your bike for a cycle or go horse and pony trekking.

The Perch, a stone walled cottage in tiny Kilquiggin village overlooks the rolling hills of Counties Wicklow, Wexford and Carlow. Beside the Wicklow Way 7km south of Shillelagh. Dog friendly. Convenient to Ballybeg House, Lisnavagh House and Mount Wolseley. One large double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs, which sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. Large bathroom. Sitting room with wood burning stove and spacious kitchen with back door to garden. Own transport essential.

Cottage 3- The Chicken Coop

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place at the home of 90 alpacas. K2 Cottages Farmhouse and Farmyard are nestled in a hollow on the farm. The cottages replaced seven 7x original outbuildings and take their names from the building they replaced. We’ve used the granite, stones and slates from the original buildings in the new cottages. These cottages are very comfortable and are an ideal location to set up base to explore all that Wicklow has to offer

The guest suite is both light in the day and cosy at night. Attached to the main house but with own entrance. Rural mountainous area. Within 20mins you will be in Glendalough with incredible walks like The Spinc. Russborough House and Parklands is 15 mins drive away. Delicious food can be found all with in 15 mins, The Hollywood Inn, The Ballymore Inn and The Poulaphouca House and Falls. Hollywood has a gorgeous cafe and flower shop offering beautiful gifts.
