The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. There is secured off-street, backyard parking for cars and boats.

Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee, tea, sugar. Free wifi and Samsung Smart TV in the lounge. Heat pump for winter, fans for summer. Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.

Twin Palms self contained accommodation

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.

Bush studio apartment

Self-contained apartment in a unique, artist-designed house: a beautiful studio with lovely new bathroom, situated in the hills above Kuaotunu, surrounded by NZ native forest. Enjoy sitting on the deck, under giant fern trees, listening to birdsong and the gurgling of the stream. If you're lucky you'll even hear our resident Kiwi calling! A place to relax and recharge only 3 minutes drive to Kuaotunu village and beach.
