It is just a short drive to Swan wineries and Margaret Chocolate factory and one best coffee shop here in Perth. The house is almost near new. The place is walking distance to Coles, pharmacy, and cafe. Whiteman Park Train Station is about 20 minutes walk . Only guest listed on the booking will be able to stay at the accomodation.
