This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Welcome to the guest cottage located at Rosario Ranch, a 10 acre wooded equine retirement farm. The farm features horses, goats, dogs, cats and other farm animals. We would love to host you for a quick trip or a full stay exploring what all the PNW has to offer! For decades, ELF House has been a musical sanctuary by the edge of Race Lagoon - we welcome you to this magical home of good vibes. Looking out to the east, Mt. Baker and the Cascades are visible on clear days, and there's an endless fiesta of bird activity on the protected lagoon. Sunrises dazzle, as does the occasional east-facing sunset. Kayaks, sauna, deck, fully equipped kitchen, a loft and two firestoves on three levels. We enthusiastically welcome people of all backgrounds in our home.

With its own private entrance, you will have the downstairs apartment in our gorgeous island home, surrounded by massive cedar and fir trees, lush landscaping, and a beautiful, large pond. Wander down to the pond, sit, meditate, absorb the pervasive peace of this property. Apartment amenities include washer, dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, fully-appointed kitchen. We also have a PacnPlay with sheet, if you have an infant/baby up to 2 years.

He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.
