Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Secluded 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. No one lives above or on either side of you. This unit is a private condo above commercial space. The tenants below are hair and beauty stylists who only work between the hours of 10 am-6 pm. The unit is fully remodeled and beautiful. The split ac/heater allows you to control the temperature in each bedroom and living space individually. The bedrooms offer a brand new queen-size memory foam mattress and both have ceiling fans. Private, spacious, modern, can't beat the location! 1/2 block to Sloan's Lake Park, 2 blocks to "SloHi" (brewery, coffee shop , bagels, sports bar), 10-15 minute walk to Edgewater, Highlands Square, or Berkely / Tennyson St Cultural District. 7 min drive to downtown. Quiet & safe neighborhood. We are a family with young children, you will hear us upstairs during our morning & evening routines. Guests are welcomed to use back yard patio & amenities. Private Stylish Studio!

Enjoy a cozy, stylish studio with a private entrance and all the modern amenities conveniently located only 15 min from Denver, Red Rocks, and close to I70! There is a kitchenette, queen size bed, a small table & two chairs, a TV with access to all streaming services, and a separate heating and cooling unit for the space. This quite place has and outdoor NON SMOKING terrace with nice views of the Rocky Mountain range. It is conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Denver and is at the gateway to many adventures in Colorado rockies. This second floor bedroom suite is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and anyone who is interested in exploring Denver.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
