This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. Peaceful rural setting just 4 km from the iconic Whangamata beach. Sealed road for cyclists and just 2km from beautiful bush walks and waterfall. We are a small farm with cattle, sheep and chickens. There is an organic garden and orchard. Self catered but continental breakfast can be supplied on request at $12.50 per person (cash).
