Escápate a un entorno tranquilo y encantador en este romántico refugio ecológico rodeado de naturaleza situado a solo 1,5 km de Auckland. Perfecto en cualquier clima. Situado al comienzo del valle de Kauearanga, con numerosos paseos por el monte y río para nadar cerca. Cerca del sendero ferroviario para ir en bicicleta o a la ciudad para tomar un café. The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

Hereford Cottage

Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. Enjoy a night or a couple of nights here with us.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Access to beach on the property.The unit is at the front of the property so there are no sea view’s from the unit. There is access to the beachfront from the side of the main house. The unit is furnished with 2 bar stools and a fabric 2 seater couch and single fabric grandpa chair. The Kaiaua fish and chip shop along with the Kaiaua pub are located 7km’s away. There is an e- bike hire located next to the Gas station which you can explore on.

Nau mai haere mai - we welcome you to our house in beautiful Kaiaua. Enough room and space for the whole family, including the dogs. Super king bed for extra room, and the kids will love the bunks. Stroll a few metres to the beach and enjoy the peaceful sea air and a swim. Grab your daily coffee at the awesome Pink Shop along with a few goodies. Gas garage has other supplies you might need. Hit the Rail Trail if you’re a keen biker and enjoy the area. Our space is yours.
