The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The beds can either be 2 twins or zipped as a super king, sofabed is a double. There is a lovely sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. Centrally located at the top of the famous winding cobbles of St Catherine’s hill, it is just a stone’s throw from independent coffee shops and boutiques, as well as the renowned Bar and Bistro Lotte. The apartment is at the top of the building, so you do have to climb some flights of steps - but the view over the romantic rooftops of Frome to the hills of the Westbury White Horse will be worth it!

The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
