Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Our luxury & spacious caravan located on one of the most quietest locations on Parkdean Camber Sands known as "Millionaires Row". A 3 bedroom caravan - one double & 2 single twin bedrooms. Beach is only a 7 min walk & the site centre a 4 min walk. There is a separate cloakroom. Dogs that are well behaved are welcome. This stunning, renovated Victorian Farm, red brick barn is nestled on the idyllic Romney Marsh Ridge. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.

Apple Blues Farm

A beautiful log cabin set in a private 10-acre spot with stunning farmland views. Relax in your own private hot tub while alpacas roam freely nearby. Whether it’s a peaceful break with your partner or a family getaway where little ones can run free, there’s something for everyone. Feed the alpacas, sheep and goats if animals are your thing. A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.

Spring Farm Sussex

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

A beautiful spot in Pevensey Bay. The beach is just a few steps away and the use of all the facilities on site of the Pevensey Holiday Park. The local area offers fantastic food, pubs and ameinities. With the bus stop just outside to take you into central Eastbourne. If your visiting as a family or a peaceful retreat for just the two of you, you will not be disappointed. the cabin itself is fully equipped, with full combi boiler heating so if it does get chilly, you won't.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
