Villa Arcadia

Villa Arcadia has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom can accommodate 2 people & two children (the two children on a sofa bed). It is ideal for the accommodation of 6 adults and 2 children (2-12 years old). It has 1 large bathroom with hydromassage. For larger families or groups of up to 12 people (only 8 adults + 4 children) the Villa Arcadia suite is also available which can accommodate 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) in a 70 sq m space with bedroom, living room, dining room and 1 large bathroom. For reservations of 12 people (only 8 adults & 4 children) inquiry and pre-approval are required.

A small independent cottage on the mountainside, only 5 minutes from the town of Karpenissi and a 15 minute drive from the ski center. Our cozy guesthouse on the foothills of Velouhi mountain, has been recently renovated and can host 2 to 6 people comfortably. The 70sq m open space can be ideal for a couple, a family of 3 or 4 but even for a group of 5 to 6 friends, offering all the comforts for an enjoyable stay.

Το διαμέρισμα βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Καρπενησίου, μολις 300μ από την κεντρική πλατεια του Καρπενησίου. Εχει σαλονι, με καναπε-κρεβατι, πληρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, μπάνιο με ντους, ενδιάμεσο χώρο με καναπέ-κρεβάτι, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλο ανατομικό κρεβάτι και μπαλκόνι με θέα κήπο. Έχει άμεση προσβαση στο Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο Καρπενησίου λόγω της τοποθεσίας του.

A unique and peaceful detached house with a green garden where our guests can relax by barbecuing etc. The house is located just 5 min from the sea and 500m from the center. There you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bus stop, cafes, restaurants and the popular Odontotos train that runs daily to Kalavryta and Zachlorou.
