Spacious & versatile room, beautifully decorated room can be twin/double or triple, on the ground floor, opposite the toilet. King size with a new Emma hybrid mattress & single bed. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Dressing gowns for guests's use so they feel comfortable when going for a shower. Desk with lamp, books Garden table & chairs outside.

Oak House Barn near Chichester and Goodwood.

Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Earnley Gate is a beautiful house and short distance to the Beach and Medmerry nature reserve. Very conveniently located about 5 miles south of Chichester as well as the renowned Goodwood Estate. Located down a quiet street with a large secured garden, the house is a generous size with bright and airy rooms. The kitchen is high spec and has everything needed for easy self catering. With a comfortable lounge and separate formal dining room, you can enjoy relaxed luxury for up to 6 people.

A cooked English Breakfast is included for all guests. The house is in a semi rural location. We are close to both Guildford & Horsham and on the edge of The Surrey Hills. The largest village in England, Cranleigh, is 6 minutes by car and has many restaurants. We have 2 Double Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with 3 Single Beds. Two of these singles can be zipped together to make a 3rd Double Bed. Note this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Your own bathroom is on the 1st floor All rooms have Sky TV.

Room 4 Single private room, Gatwick self check in.

Oakhurst is a Bed & Breakfast, we are offering this basic single room through airbnb. This space is ideal for Gatwick Airport night stops it is also suitable for airline trainees, operating crew and as a home while on a training course in the area. The room is very clean, busses plus 10 minute walk and a great pub 5 minutes away. A fridge microwave and utensils are available. Right now this room is self check in and contactless, we will keep you updated as to when we extend the service.

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
