Enjoy a peaceful experience at this conveniently located cottage that is situated in the hilltop area of Portsmouth as part of a ten acre, wooded property. It has off street parking and sits on a safe and secluded property where you can enjoy nature and deer watching from the back porch. It's located 1-2 miles from our local hospital, SOMC, and is convenient to everything Portsmouth has to offer. We maintain the highest cleaning standards that passes the test for medical professionals!

Just minutes from both SOMC and KDMC and 5 minutes from the historic downtown Boneyfiddle area, floodwall murals, Shawnee State University and the Ohio river. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Relax with the entire family tucked away in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the rolling hills of the Ohio River Valley. Enjoy the large front and backyard, pool, sunroom, and game room. Boat ramps that enter into the Ohio River and Kinniconick Creek (that leads to the river) are just a few miles away. You are within a 15 minute drive to gather any supplies/needed groceries. As owners we can be available for any issue or concerns within minutes.

The charming Guest House, located just steps from the cabin, accommodates 4 additional guests, bringing the property's total overnight capacity to 16 guests.
