Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

Pretty Chocolate Box Thatched Cottage

A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the beautiful village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and restaurant and also The Kingham Plough. The village also has a very handy village shop. Formerly owned by a London interior designer, the cottage was featured in House and Gardens Magazine in June 2023. A home away from home and only a short 30 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.
