Our centrally located cottage is peaceful to relax in & recharge, but conveniently located on the main Rd to Edinburgh. City Centre is 14 miles, Airport & Tram stop 6.7miles & Uphall train station to Edinburgh or Glasgow is 1.9miles away. Motorways linking to most of Scotland are 2/3 miles away. Our home has a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi 105mbps tested & workstation. There are plenty of local amenities too - Uphall golf course (par 69), shops, cafés, takeaways, supermarkets & cosy pubs.

The cottage has been completely modernised , and is fresh , light and bright .Superb modern kitchen and bathroom. Light and spacious bedroom. The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. A large colourful garden, with a tennis court and croquet lawn surround the property. Eas reach of the village, bus and train station within 3 minutes to Edinburgh.

Beautiful stone-built barn conversion with spacious open plan living area & wood burning stove. 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people and family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third is a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite and a 4 poster bed. There is a mezzanine area with a double sofa bed. There is free WiFi using super-fast fibre broadband. Outside there is a hot tub, picnic table and chairs.

The Vu is located nearby and we are also centrally located for access by car or train Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and nearby there are lots of outdoor activities in the local area for all age groups. We can offer longer stay discounts. The property boasts an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen.
