NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

Come relax, put your feet up next to the fire, hike the Blue Ridge Parkway, or ski App Ski Mt. until you're exhausted. Either way we've got you covered. Your comfort is my first priority. (Please be aware that in the winter months the weather can be very cold, very windy, and very snowy)

In the middle of the woods. Far from the sounds of civilization and light pollution, in the beautiful blue ridge mountains. 35 minutes from ASU. One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.

Carter’s Hill Cottage sits on two acres and is only three miles from the Twickenham House. Enjoy the sun coming over the mountain while you sip on a hot coffee while sitting on our fully covered front porch. The cottage is only minutes from the towns of Jefferson and West Jefferson with a view of Mt. Jefferson (4665 ft) in front of the cottage and Phoenix Mtn to the rear of the cottage. Although you are so close to all the fun, you are secluded with no neighbors in view.
