Luxurious, modern & warm seaside loft

This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

Loft in oude textielfabriek

Onze unieke loftruimte bevindt zich in een apart gedeelte van de gehele woning die in een ver verleden als textielfabriek fungeerde. Bij de renovatie werd de oorspronkelijke bouwstructuur behouden. We kozen voor natuurlijke elementen en ecologische materialen. Dit geeft als resultaat een ruime, warme loftwoning waar het gezellig vertoeven is, met vloerverwarming in alle ruimtes en parket in het woongedeelte. Het keukenblok, de badkamer en slaapgedeelte werden knap in de woning verwerkt.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Westhoek al wandelend/fietsend/bierproevend te ontdekken: op 6km van Heuvelland, op 9 km van Watou, op enkele kilometers van de Franse Grens, op 30min rijden van de kust, en zoveel meer. De studio is voorzien voor 1 of 2 personen. In nood kan er nog een 3de gast verblijven op de slaapbank in de voorruimte.
