The private guest room (29sq) which is completely separated by a wall and a locked door from owner's space with own entrance, a bed room, a living room, a bathroom and kitchenette. No kitchen! The space is allowed staying up to 2ppl. Not acceptable staying with small kids. We provide a room with a king-size bed.
