Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
