This delightful cottage, once part of a farm and mill is tucked away at the end of a lane, alongside the River Wriggle. Chetnole has a thriving, award-winning pub serving local ales and delicious food. The surrounding area is perfect for walking and cycling, while Weymouth's stunning beaches are a 40 minute drive away.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

The Potting Shed, Luxury Barn Conversion

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.

Located in Netherbury village seven miles from the beach, The Laundry Room is a self-contained, self-catering annexe adjoining a 225-year-old cottage. There are stunning views, places to visit and plenty of walking opportunities. The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
