The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, etc. *outdoor shower currently under repair!

The home is well stocked and is located only 2 minutes from the flight park, 10 minutes from Cloudland Canyon, 10 minutes from Trenton, 10 minutes from Covenant College and 20 Minutes from the edge of Chattanooga (St Elmo).

The open concept living / kitchen area has sitting area with dining room table. The vaulted ceiling cover a loft for TV viewing, games and relaxing. (The cabin is 8 min from Covenant College.)

Welcome to our very quiet and lovely neighborhood, our cozy house is located on 5 acres off of a private road. Forest and pasture with plenty of space between neighbors. Our 4 BR house is a wonderful place for families. The pool is closed for the off season of OCT- MAY. Garage and apartment above garage are not included in the rental, occasionally this apartment is owner occupied, it has it's own deck and separate entrance, your privacy will be well respected during your stay.
