Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

It is an idea base for exploring with Nar Valley and Peddars Way close by and a short drive to the Coast, Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates.

There are 5 bedrooms: 4 bathrooms in total, Outside there is the hot tub, garden with apple enclosed decking and furniture. plenty of private parking and your own 100ft private lakeside frontage.

This is not a party house. Recently renovated cottage dating back to 1835 surrounded by woodland on the edge of a nature reserve, plenty of outdoor space. Rivers, beaches, stately homes and much more a short drive away. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the leftovers, if it’s wildlife you like you don’t need to leave the house. 20min drive is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming.
