Great neighborhood, this in-law suite is about 40 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from the Martinsville Speedway. Philpott Lake is 8 miles away. Industrial Park is less than 2 miles away. It is 8 minutes from SOVAH.

Greensboro and Winston Salem are 30 minutes away. We have plenty of space for bringing your boats / jet skis for parking to our nearest belews Lake 14 minutes away
