Welcome to our peaceful, self-contained one-bedroom/bathroom unit, nestled in a quiet, leafy street just minutes from Perth’s stunning coastline. Part of our family home but completely private, the unit has its own separate level and private entry. 📍 Walking distance to a shop, cafes, restaurants and a bakery. 🌊 1.4km walk to the nearest beach, or 5 minute drive to the pristine City Beach or Scarborough Beach. 🚘 15 minute drive to Perth city. 🚌 Nearby bus stop. 📺 Netflix and wi-fi included.

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

This is a brand new studio/granny flat located in one of Perth's premier locations. Walking distance to the Leederville and Wembley cafe strips and a number of hidden gems well worth exploring. you will have off street parking and your own dedicated access to your private accommodation, with a shared back yard. Lake Monger sets the perfect backdrop for a 20 minute walk to the train station or cafe strip, not to mention the 10 minute drive to Perths perfect beaches.
