Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

There is a wonderful south facing patio with cast iron table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove. No 1 Boatman's Row is an idyllic former fisherman's cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea. It is tucked away on a quiet lane, a 5-minute stroll to the quay, pubs and shops. It has one bedroom with a king sized bed and sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, parking, an attic room with views of the marshes and a sunny, south-facing cottage garden. The stunning sandy beaches of Wells and Holkham are a 25-minute walk away.

East Flint ~ Cosy North Norfolk Cottage

A peaceful and cosy two-bedroomed traditional flint cottage in a gorgeous countryside location just 5 miles from the stunning North Norfolk beaches and coastal walks. The interior design is thoughtful & charming, with vintage touches and luxurious details including Egyptian cotton linens, underfloor heating and wood burning stove. The quirky shops, fishmongers and deli of Burnham Market are a short drive away and there's a great selection of local pubs and incredible beaches to choose from.

Tranquil sunny enclosed garden. Usually Friday or Monday arrival days. CLOSE TO SEA. Shared parking area for the row of 5 cottages. The accommodation is over three floors. Bedroom 1 (double bed). Bedroom 2 (bunk bed room). Bedroom 3 (double bed) in upstairs area, with privacy curtain.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.
