You'll never forget your trip to Miss Trimble's Cottage! Miss Trimble's Cottage is named after the first ever resident, Elizabeth Trimble, who lived here in the 1850's. It's the wing of Dene Lodge, a beautiful Victorian "Gentleman's residence" in the heart of the parish of Morwenstow. Just a few minutes from the dramatic Coast Path it is fabulously placed for exploring this stunning area. Endless walks and gorgeous beaches are all very close, so dogs are welcome to join you on your holidays.

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is off road parking for one car and lovely walks straight from the cottage to the South West Coast Path, Bossiney Cove, St Nectans Glen, Rocky Valley, Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and Boscastle. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. Tucked behind Linton farmhouse, overlooking farmland, with distant sea views it is a great place for walking, surfing, mountain biking or just relaxing and watching the magnificent sunsets and amazing starry skies free from any light pollution.
