Just a short drive up the mountain is multiple ski resorts offering world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing... the list goes on! When you're all done for the day, cozy up by the wood-burning fire place in the winter, or open the back slider in the summer and watch the golfers and wildlife.

Welcome to The Emerald Fern, a charming cabin nestled in the heart of Rhododendron, Oregon. This serene retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal getaway for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. This 1924 home offers an open floor plan and is just a short walk from food and shopping. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, cherry wood floors, gas fireplace, spa and a movie screen for cozy nights in—all while preserving its vintage flair.

Alpine Den - A Cozy, Modern Forest Escape

The Alpine Den Is perfect for all occasions, from a romantic getaway to a family retreat. Located in an old growth forest near the Salmon River, nestled under a canopy of Firs and Cedars. The cabin sits on a picturesque half acre lot, minutes away from great restaurants, markets, golf course, biking and amazing hiking trails. Indulge in a the barrel sauna with panoramic river vista. The cabin is close to endless activities up and around Mt. Hood.

Twinberry Cabin

Where comfort meets adventure. We are located blocks away from the local grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Three Nines Golf Course is around the corner. Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).

Private A-Frame (for 4 people) and separate studio bedroom/bathroom behind the garage (for 2 people.) Please note: the studio must be requested in advance. The A-Frame is on the edge of the Mount Hood National Forest. • Walk or drive to the Salmon River trailheads and Salmon River Slab. • 15 min to French's Dome. • 20 to 30 min to Timberline and Mount Hood Meadows, x-country and snow-shoeing at Trillium or Teacup. Enjoy a rejuvenating stay for your trip to Mt. Hood in our peaceful, pet-friendly riverfront cabin. Located on the Salmon River, this Cabin is full of 60's charm and equipped with modern conveniences like a hot tub, high speed Wifi and washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. Make s'mores by the river or cozy up with a good book by the indoor fireplace. Several bars & restaurants are within a 5 minute drive and it's only 20 minutes to SkiBowl.

The Roost - Contemporary Rustic Cabin

Our cozy, pet-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 singles. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!

Relax and unwind in our custom built, one-of-kind cabin. The cabin is nestled up on a forested hill above our main cabin. It's sits on 4 acres of private wooded land, bordering Mt. Hood National Forest Land. A perfect getaway for couples looking to spend a romantic weekend in the woods or a home-base for those who are here to enjoy everything Mt. Hood has to offer. Hiking, fishing, skiing are only minutes away!
