This four bedroom home boasts a fully furnished new kitchen including coffee, tea, and spices. There are original hardwood floors throughout. A wraparound porch has seating for your enjoyment in the warmer months. There is a one bedroom apartment within the home with the only shared space being the entryway. Quiet times are between 10 pm and 8 am. Roku TV and WiFi are provided.

The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

Entire 3 bedroom near Trout run trail w/EV charger Peaceful 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for big families or multiple families traveling together. The home is a raised ranch which features a lower level living area with a king bedroom and a pull out queen couch in the family room. Upstairs features large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with Queen beds and queen pullout couch. The home is located less than .25 miles from the trail head for the Trout Run Trail!

Cushions Cabins West

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Hill Top House

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.

Don't be turned away from the outside as we continue to update but embrace the charm we have built on the inside.
