At "It Was Always You," our goal is to make your wedding day prep joyful, easy, & memorable. Come relax in this beautiful, second-level apartment tucked away in Historic Downtown Delano. Enjoy all that downtown has to offer. You can start your mornings off with a quick walk to the coffee shop, have a nice stroll along the Crow River, visit the occasional shops, brewery, & restaurants.

Country Retreat - relaxing, clean, pet friendly

This clean, modern space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous scenery. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level. Private entrance, heated floors, and ice-cold AC. Two smart T.V's, one in the bedroom and the living room. Well-stocked kitchenette and nice refrigerator. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. A nice grill and campfire space are provided. Pets are welcome.

Thoughtful farmhouse inspired details bring personality to every corner, making the home as fun as it is restful. Perfect for families and friends!

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Cozy Cedar Treehouse

Our space is a 30 x 12 cedar 4 season porch enhanced in boho decor with Earth's natural elements and warmth of a treehouse. Relaxing authentic Turkish globes surround you. Private sitting areas in the trees, perfect for grilling, entertaining or hanging low and watching the stars. Private courtyard for a more tranquil, intimate setting with a gas glass lit firepit. Come alone, bring your spouse, friend or child. It's a perfect spiritual retreat located 45 min west of MSP Airport.

Tree-Top Urban Cabin: A-Frame Loft + Private Porch

Enjoy a cedar-plank A-frame oasis in the city. This unique "Urban Cabin" features 2 queen beds, a private tree-level porch, and a cozy loft. Perfect for concert-goers & sports fans: walk to The Armory (0.6 mi) and US Bank Stadium (0.5 mi). Direct Blue Line access to MSP Airport, First Ave, and the U of M. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or simply a rejuvenating getaway. Find out why Minnesotans enjoy the winter as you relax in the 104* hot tub or 190* sauna while gazing into the trees. Included is a king bed, sofa bed, lush robes, slippers and numerous amenities for you to enjoy! This unit is attached to a larger home (that is available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Lake retreat awaits you! Smores at the fire pit, kayak, SUP, paddleboat, fish on quiet lake (catch/release). Bike/Hike trails in Carver Park/Lowry Nature Cntr. Summer, Spring Fall - enjoy swim, canoe, kayak, fishing in our duck boat, hike, bike. Winter snowshoe, ski, bike, hike!

Cozy Lakefront Cottage

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

Charming 4 bedroom/2 bath cabin on Little Waverly Lake, just an hour from the Twin Cities. Great fishing and rural, small-town feel. Spacious living room opens to the sun porch and its beautiful views of the lake. Swim, boat, fish or play games. Full kitchen with dishwasher; W/D. Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility.
